Returns & Refund Policy
At Thousand Puffs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your shipment, with some exceptions for certain products.
Thousand Puffs Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your return to reach our fulfillment center. Once received, it takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to process your refund, and an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Your return label will require you to cover the return shipping costs. However, we will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs upon receiving the item. If your return shipping costs exceed $20, please contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost. If you are returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost once your return is processed.

For items shipped between November 1 and December 31, you have until January 31 of the following year to initiate a return for a full refund.
